Nomad Sauna brings powerful, accessible 55 minute contrast therapy to the community. Combining wood-fired heat, cold plunge, fresh air and good energy to help you recover, reset and reconnect. Built for athletes, busy professionals and anyone feeling the weight of modern life, our sessions support muscle recovery, stress reduction, better sleep and mental resilience. Real heat, real cold, and space to slow down.
To keep the sauna clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone:
• Always sit on your towel inside the sauna
• Please bring two towels – one to sit on, one to dry yourself
• Shower before your session if possible
• Rinse/shower between sauna and ice bath where facilities are available — this helps preserve the cleanliness and condition of the cold plunge
• Remove muddy footwear before entering
• Keep the sauna door closed to maintain heat
• Respect personal space
• If you feel unwell, dizzy, or lightheaded, exit immediately
Nomad Sauna is a relaxed, friendly space.
Quiet conversation is welcome — just be mindful of others who may be there to unwind and reset.
Some sessions may be guided or designated quieter sessions — check your booking details.
